Hi,

1. The recorded sessions. Sometimes you don't get the whole recording after the session.

2. Audio is also an issue. But it is an issue in Second Life and Skype as well. I know this depends a whole lot on the user than the platform itself. However, I hope this won't be an issue some time in the future at all.

Hi Miguel,

Thanks for your feedback. We do really appreciate it. For the recorded sessions, your issue seems to be unique so this is how we see it: As the recording has multimedia elements, it is quite heavy and takes time to download so it depends on the Internet connection. We suggest that you try to access it again and let it download in your browser cache for around 15 minutes. Have a look at this post about accessing session recordings here. And yes, as you pointed out, the audio issue is common to most conferencing applications but here are some tips to enhance future Web conferencing experience. Hello Joshua,

Thanks for your suggestion. We are currently working on an "embed" feature, using which you will be able to embed a session scheduled in the Virtual Classroom on any site and network. So soon WiZiQ embeds will become common on blogs, Ning etc. I will post an update here when we launch the embed.

Hello, i believe there needs to be an option to block a particular member from a session (for a complete session). Currently, if we block a student from the class, the student can always unblock himself by reconnecting/restarting the session. So, it would be good if the student can be blocked until the session ends. It would also be good to have an option to block a student from attending all your classes. Cheers!

another thing is class comments. there is no notification if someone adds a comment to any of any public class. i just saw some comments on some of my classes. it would be better to be notify the presenter of comments on his session.

There is also a problem with the opera browser. It says 'You are not authorized to view the recording' when you try to see a class recording(even if signed in) & the feedback form at the end of the class does not show up in opera...

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, we do not support Chrome, but we plan to do so once it is stable. And for the comments notification, yes, we believe that's a necessary feature.
